What is MCQAG?

MCQAG is a local community group campaigning:

  • For government recognition that MCQ expansion plan is a totally un-acceptable and incompatible land use development

  • That any MCQ expansion approval must limit extraction by road to the existing approved limit of 0.15MMtpa

  • That operating hours of the quarry be limited to 5 day per week operations 7am to 5pm

  • That Impact Assessments consider and address combined cumulative impact of both Martins Creek and Brandy Hill Quarries
